Commitment ceremonies carry the same care for couples marking their love their own way. Symbolic elements such as handfasting, unity candles, sand blending or ring warming are all welcome — or we create something entirely new together.

Naming Ceremonies
A Naming Ceremony is a beautiful way to welcome your new addition and celebrate with your family and friends who will surround them with love as they grow — a joyful, inclusive alternative or complement to a christening, for babies, older children or adopted children of any age.
At the heart of the ceremony is their name — celebrating the name you have chosen and, if you wish, sharing the story or meaning behind it.
We celebrate the child at the centre, appoint Guideparents or Supporting Adults if you wish, and make promises of love and guidance that the whole family can share in.
Readings, music and personal touches make the moment entirely yours.
The most meaningful traditions don’t always have to be inherited. Sometimes, they begin with you.
Celebrations of Life
A celebration of life honours and remembers a loved one in a way that truly reflects who they were — their personality, their values, their relationships and the life they lived. It can be traditional, modern, spiritual or entirely non-religious.
Together we include the music, poetry, readings, photographs and stories that matter to you and your family. I also lead funeral and memorial ceremonies at crematoria, burial grounds, woodland sites and other venues, and can support you with writing tributes and readings — or read them on your behalf if that feels more comfortable.
